RF Amplifiers

Design and simulate RF amplifiers. The designs are narrow band with lumped or transmission line matching circuits. The selected FET S-parameter s2p file is imported and used. Stabilizing resistors can be used to ensure amplifier stability. The main amplifier GUI selection for RF lumped amplifiers is shown below. Scroll the GUI to see the other amplifier selections.
